We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, we will sort it out quickly and without fuss.
Our Returns Policy
For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Important: All returns must be in original, unopened packaging. Opened, used or damaged items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
What we accept returns for
Products that are defective or faulty on arrival. Products that were incorrectly sent. Products damaged in transit.
What we cannot accept
Change of mind. Opened or used products. Items outside the 30-day window.
Refunds and replacements
Once we receive and verify your return we will either send a full replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Allow up to 3 weeks from receipt of your return for processing.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a product fault, we cover return shipping costs. We will advise how to send the item back when you contact us.
How to Return an Item
Check your item on arrival
Inspect all items when your order arrives. The sooner you identify an issue, the faster we can resolve it.
Contact us within 30 days
Get in touch via our contact page with your order number and a description of the problem.
Wait for approval
Do not send anything back until we confirm the return. We will provide a return address once approved.
Send the item back
Pack securely in original packaging with a note explaining the reason for return.
Receive your replacement or refund
We will process within 3 weeks of receiving your return and notify you by email.

What if my product stops working?
Contact us - many products carry manufacturer warranties. We will work with you to resolve it.
I received the wrong product.
Contact us straight away with your order number. We will send the correct item and organise collection at our cost.
My item arrived damaged.
Take photos and contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all costs.
Can I return if I do not like it?
Unfortunately not - due to the intimate nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
